Are there other companies like one Stop aviation?
No, in fact, One Stop Aviation is one of a kind. There is no one else in the market who is currently taking point on aviation trasactions at this level and with business aviation being such a small industry, due to the amount of time it takes to become an expert, we don't expect that to change soon. We have built a comprehensive system to hold the deal timeline, moving pieces, and you in focus to assure a successful closing. At the same time, we have developed relationships with each of our vendors over 20 years, so you won't be able to find a deal team like ours anywhere else.
Is One stop aviation the same as one stop pilots?
One Stop Pilots LLC is a company under the umbrella of One Stop Aviation LLC. We created a second company that effortlessly integrates within our operations to help aircraft owners solve a very real problem for many people. You can learn more about OSP here.
What happens if the deal dies?
When buying or selling an aircraft, there are different stages in the deal process. Since we're managing the deal every step of the way, we've broken down the different stages with different refund points to reflect the work we are doing for you. All hard costs from vendors will be paid regardless of when the deal dies. As far as OSA goes, the breakdown is:
- OSA keeps 25% of our fees if the deal dies upon signing the Letter of Intent
- OSA keeps 50% of our fees if the deal dies upon signing the Aircraft Purchase Agreement
- OSA keeps 75% of our fees if the deal dies upon signing the acceptance
- OSA keeps 100% of our fees upon closing
What if I already own a plane?
No worries! If you already own a plane you can still utilize our services. There are plenty of things we can assist with even if you aren't in the middle of an acquisition, including bookkeeping, insurance, and employing your flight crew.
Do i have to use all of osa's services?
No, of course not! The great thing about OSA is that we can tailor our services to the needs of each individual client. Our services are designed to be modular in that once you have hired us to perform the transaction quarterbacking service, you can add only the services that fit for you, with the exception of bookkeeping and employing your flight crew (through One Stop Pilots), which both can be done on a one-off basis. With that said, the smoothest approach we can recommend is using our full suite of services.
Can i just use you for insurance?
Unfortunately, because of the inherent liability that comes with adding a plane to our insurance, the only way we are allowed to add you to our fleet policy is if you sign up for our quarterbacking service, utilize us to manage closing, and either have us handle your ongoing bookkeeping or employ your flight crew.
I just need someone to employ my pilots. Can you do that?
